Computing Science is the study of how computation works. Computer Science covers quite a range of different career opportunities in almost every industry.
The idea of the Bachelor of Computing Science (Honours) degree is to train you to be a computer scientist who can take a new problem, work out what things are already known, and start to build new solutions.
The Industry Degree Academy and the Bachelor Computing Science in it, is designed to give you, alongside your study, genuine industry experience.
It’s aimed at people who want to get out into industry quicker but don’t want to sacrifice the university experience and the skills and knowledge that you get from completing a university degree.
